Here is why. I originaly ordered the other Total Body Works 5000, because it had better reviews and was less expensive. When the box came it turned out to be this Weider Total Body Works 5000. The picture on the box showed the model without the Weider logo on the seat, but inside was the exact model shown here. There was no booklets or paper work in the box at all so I had to contact the Weider Co. In doing so, I found out that I could have ordered directly from them and it would have been much less expensive. I do like the machine and it's versitility, but am surprised that I did not get the best price available. I came home from running errands to find it sitting on my front door. I'm glad no one decided to steal it b/c I probably would never know until the middle of March. I will post more after I acutally get it set up. Its very easy to use & I've had no problems with it even though I'm over the max weight limit. I feel myself becoming stronger. My fiance is even using it & loves that we can do so many workouts on it. I would recommend it to anyone. The price is great for the product you receive. The only other negative that I have is that my seat had small tear in it when I received it. I honestly think that came from UPS's delivery. I'm sure I could've sent it back for a new one, but I haven't had any problems with the tear getting any bigger so I'm fine with it. I checked tracking in anticipatation for it to update to "delivered" status only to find it was noted that customer was not at home (duh work week) and another attempt will be made the following day (Hello...still work week) I called amazon and they got a hold of UPS to see if there was another option. Other than me going to pick it up (the thing is 80lbs and I'm a single grandmother). Looks like I will still never see this item in my home. UPS could not find an option for me. Extremely disapointed. Where is FedEx when you need them? <br />Oh did I mention that the leasing office which accepts and sign for packages is but a few feet away from my APT? They did give me a measuring tape but i dont know exactly how it works because there arent any numbers on it. It seems like a great ball it feels nice and durable ill keep you posted, but one thing i am noticing as i fill it up is that it is only 24" tall and i ordered the 30" blue one, maybe ill keep filling it up but it seems pretty full already.
