Anxiety Attack Remedy

An anxiety attack is a sudden rush of fear or anxiety overwhelming. During a panic attack or anxiety, a person of experience trembling and tremors, chest pain, hyperventilation or shortness of breath, palpitations or increased heart rate, stomach churning, stomach , hot flushes or cold, tingling, muscle tension, sweating, dizziness and light-headache, or numbness, fear of dying, going crazy or losing control and feeling detached. Anxiety and panic attacks often occur without warning anyone.

- Exercise -
Exercise for 30 minutes, 3-5 times a week is an amount sufficient to provide relief from anxiety. Work improves the well-being (body and mind).

- Sleep -
Quantity and quality of sleep is important. The sleep of eight hours per day is an effective and proven to combat stress and anxiety attacks.

- Healthy Eating -
